During the configuration of your campaign details, you have the flexibility to select the email address from which the campaign will be sent. For example, if your domain is yourdomain.com, you can specify a preferred prefix in the "From Address" field, such as sales @yourdomain.com. Two questions: 1) When can we expect automations, like welcome email, and simple sequence, like send 5 predefined emails at 1 week interval? 2) Is there a campaign scheduling option? Like setting campaign to send automatically at set date and time? The point is, we know well in advance what needs to be sent and when, so all these could be preset into the platform, with dates, times and intervals - instead of people needing to login at specific time to send certain emails. We are an Agency and most of our clients need both above, without those features, we cannot utilize the platform.

Does this tool have the capability of setting up a series of emails set to be delivered at intervals of my choosing? Are there limits on how many of these I can have set up at one time? Does it allow me to set up campaigns that send different emails in a sequence, for example, if someone buys a product or doesn't? so if I am doing an email sequence trying to get someone to buy a product, can the series move to a thank you or potential upsell to the people who buy the product and a different message for the people in that same campaign who don't buy? Can those campaigns then be segmented into sub groups?

If not, I consider it "another shiny object" and I am trying to get rid of that syndrome :) I already have email marketing system. Hi there, do you have a video on how to configure the domain no settings for us non technical people. My domains are hosted with another company but the DNS are pointed to ns1.SiteGround.not and ns2.SiteGround.net. And do i understand the pricing correctly, I’ll be charged $11.99 per month per domain name? Or is it $11.99 per month per server and I can use any/all of the domain names on my server?

What if I have an immediate need to send more emails out than the initial trial amount of 500 and even more than the 10,000 current limit. I currently use Sendgrid for emails and have over 50,000 emails that I can send in one month by my plan amount. If I exceed that amount I am billed at a higher tier if my use above 50K emails is a one time sending or I can upgrade to a higher email send amount plan. 10,000 might seem like a lot. But a business that is marketing a product and/or an event can easily exceed 10,000. For my annual event I can send out 20,000+ in one sending. For an upcoming event I am planning and organizing I will be sending out over 40,000. I like your template concept but your initial trial of 500 for the first month would prevent my engaging at this time simply because I will be sending out close to 20,000 in my first sending. Hi. SiteGround seems to have followed the pricing model used by most mailing services: X mailing members per month, with frequent mailings per month. Under this model, I might have 500 members and email them 3 or 4 times a month, for $11.99. Our need is different. We don't have a sales funnel that requires frequent mailings. Instead, we update existing members with non-commercial information and service updates. We will potentially have many thousands of members, but need to mail them infrequently, perhaps only 3 times a year. The SiteGround pricing model ends up being very expensive that way. We're currently signed on with a service that charges per mail sent, regardless of the number of members. There's a generous free tier. It would be great to consolidate services with SiteGround. After all, in the years we've been with you, your support team in Plovdiv, Stara Zagora and Sofia are the very best I've experienced from any digital vendor. But we need "per mail sent" pricing to make the service affordable.

Hi, do you have/plan to have some sort of wizard, that will allow an un-experienced user to quickly send emails to recipients (not necessarily added to a list within your system). The scenario which I want to cover is a user on a reception desks ask a customer if he wants to leave us a review. If customer agrees, the user takes/copy from another system an email address and name, enters it into this form (a pre-defined template is already selected) and clicks Send.

Interesting new service, worth checking out for my clients. Though there are questions. I don't really understand the rigidity of this pricing model, especially for low-volume or infrequent senders. Why should someone with 30,000 contacts who only send one mailing a month have pay $246 a month? Do you have any kind of pay-as-you go credit system, such as the one Mailchimp has? Also, your pricing page is still unclear. One month is $246.99, but if I pay for a year I get 16% off, so it works out to $49.40 a month. The math doesn't add up here. Isn't $49.40 an 80% discount from $246.99? It would also be great if the page (my.siteground.com/marketplace/free-emailmarketing) contained a more detailed list of features. I should not have to sign up for a free trial to find out what the basic features are, like A/B testing, contact tagging, etc. I really like Siteground generally, and always try to steer my clients to choose it for hosting, but if there's one area that it consistently underperforms, it's detail in documentation.

Hello. Does your service include domain warming? For example, more robust email services for new domains will limit the total number of email per day and the total number of emails sent to a particular domain and will slowly increase the limits over time.

Hello Brandon, thank you for the insightful question! So, how does Email Marketing achieve maximum deliverability? There are a few of things we do. First - we'll authenticate the domain you're using for sending to bring credibility to your campaign so that the recipients can tell the emails are coming from a genuine entity. This happens by adding DKIM and SPF records to the DNS Zone of your domain. Another thing we do, relevant to the question at hand - we divide email campaigns into batches of 500. Let's say you're sending a campaign to 1000 recipients. After the first 500 are sent there will be a delay of a few hours to allow the remote servers to provide feedback about the campaign, including information on bounces, unsubscribes, and reports of spam. After that delay, the remaining batches are sent one by one without that delay. Hope this helps!

Does the campaign scheduler use a "best times for audience" based on activity or location? Or does it provide a trickle-out cycle? Or is this one select send time for the entire audience? I worry, since this is delivered on my domain, that if I had a large audience, there may be spam triggers that could harm my domain authority and trust.

Hello Tanya, excellent question! So, how do we avoid the spam folder and how do we keep your domain's authority? Each domain name used in the marketing campaign will undergo a DKIM/ SPF verification process. We also break up campaigns exceeding 500 recipients into batches of 500. After the initial 500 are sent, there will be a delay of a few hours which allows for the remote servers to supply feedback for the campaign including bounces, unsubscribe rates, and spam reports.
